Very poor customer service. They only care about the dollar, & not you as the customer. When you order a car they say it only takes this amount of time in order for it to get to them, but in reality they never finished completing the order according to chevrolet. Then after SEVERAL months later they keep trying to sell you a down grade from what you put money down on. Then they said oh it's still going to be built when I was specifically told that it wouldn't be since the 2025's are out. They have 0 communication ...

I recently purchased a 2025 Chevy Equinox and traded in my 2020 Equinox that I purchased at another Chevy dealer a few years back. Called MZ chevy about a Tahoe we were interested in and spoke with Taylor, who met us with the vehicle as soon as I pulled up. This dealership is all about the money had a deal already set to go with the check by the credit union with the vin no attached only to find they sold the vehicle and they even turned on the onstar. Gave them a money to hold the car because they asked for it and they never took the money out of my bank because they knew they was going to sell the vehicle. Talk to Mr. TAYLOR all the time he assured me the car was mine. But for him to sell the vehicle under my nose this just show ...
Dishonest dealer, horrible customer service, do not buy here. Try Capital Chevrolet instead. Total waste of time dealing with this dealership. Watch them especially on lease deals, lots hidden in the details. Also, quotes and marks up price there after.
We drove 3 hrs to go look at a car there and it was well worth the drive! When he found out we were driving 3hrs to look at it, he personally went to look over the car and make note of every little ding, scratch, or mark he could find both inside and outside the car. If I ever need another car, I'd seriously drive halfway across the State if I had to just to buy a car from them! The service was beyond excellent!
